"I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it," Kim said in response to a fan who wanted to know what the key was to her weight loss.
The protein-rich diet, which was created by Dr. Robert Atkins, eliminates carbs but encourages dieters to not worry about counting calories. By cutting carbs right down, Dr Atkins says the body's chemistry is switched from a carb-burning machine to one that burns fat.
